          @attitudenation is the man. // @attitudenation with @get_repost ・・・ It's about YOU. I want to lead you. You trust in me, and I am honored to be your coach. injury as an athlete has shown me another direction, one I have always been one foot in with Coaching. One foot athlete, one foot coach. I have never fully dove in 100% as a coach. With February 2nd soon approaching....I want to give YOU my all. My back is done. Surgery I need. 13 years this body is run down. My back seems to haunt me like a scary dream. I'm tired of coaching warm. I am tried of letting people down. Skeletons of the dark unite and take form. Our bar is our sword, molded tight to the weight as we lift heavy daily. Yes a hard program, but one that will create thick skin and a hard mind. Lifting a heavy bar is nothing compared to what life can place on us. Life is heavier. Community is the driver. Let's bond on & off the wooded battlefield and take back the old school CrossFit community before money, social media, and sponsorships ruined it all. Let's take back Weightlifting to the day where lifting was loved and not used as "a tool to get better at other sports" Let's gather the troops and fight the good fight side by side. A fight still punches inside my chest, no it's not my defibrillator....but more of a whisper that calmly & fiercely says "go" attack" "DO". Lead my family, grow my kids, love my wife, attack my career and coach with 100% EVERYTHING I have . This ship is a ship of outacts with chalk on our hands and blood on our necks.                         - DON’T LOSE YOUR EDGE - / Day to Day life has a way of grinding us down, making us compliant, making us mediocre, and making it easy to settle for less. The only way to resist The Grind is to sharpen the blade daily. How? Never lose sight of why you started. Write your objectives down. Review them daily. Rewrite them daily if needed. High quality individuals of strong mental fortitude are akin to high quality steel. You can sharpen, resharpen, temper, and polish that steel into an excellent final product. Low grade steel falls apart and can’t handle the stress when sharpened. It’s brittle and cracks under pressure. Want to find out what you’re made of? Set an objective, sharpen the steel daily by digging deep and finding that motivation that makes you GO.
