                  @michaelsobol38 pushes the 775 # Sled. As a starting Safety for @niuhuskies, Mike put in lots of work developing his strength and leg power. That is evident today. // If you want to be powerful, you need to develop the requisite strength to support that power production. Be sure to prioritize your training to support and develop the "big" movements in the gym: 1. Back Squat/ Front Squat 2. Deadlift 3. Sled/ Prowler Work //
