        We use training as a tool to build better individuals, and the gym as a proxy for breaking physical and mental barriers. Accurate self assessment is key to improving performance. The gym is the great equalizer. It's the only place in this world where you are rewarded fairly for your efforts and honest effort reaps big gains. When applied correctly, that simple truth should in turn promote a humble and supportive environment where everyone supports everyone else in their quest for greater strength and performance: mentally and physically. When we talk about 'The Mind is Primary' it's that person who changed their life.
