            Today we said goodbye to @onlygoddforgives & @jess__goddard as they continue their journey in North Carolina. It has been a pleasure having these two as a part of the family at The Project since 2014.                         Don't be a Do Nothing Trainer. In order to extract the best from your athletes, you've got to hold yourself to a higher standard. For many out there, it's just a job. For these guys, it's a way of life. And to be in the service of others, with men I respect like you all, well I shouldn’t have to ask for more than that. // // ? @horsepowerandbarbells
