      Fitness and Strength & Conditioning provides us with the opportunity to control our bodies. Through that pathway, we can teach the mind to control the chaos and uncontrollable variables of life. Our goal is to develop tougher humans who become better in every aspect, not just in the gym or in sport. In order to do that, we must first obliterate self imposed limitations.                   It’s important to prioritize hamstring & posterior chain training. If it’s hard, you should probably be doing more of it, not avoiding that sort of work.                     Preparing high school athletes for collegiate recruiting combines is a major passion of our’s at The Project. Increased performance across the board opens up scholarship opportunities for players looking to play at the next level.
