                  @bgutting is an OG from the garage days of The Project. He’s been prepping with @horsepowerandbarbells remotely for his upcoming season of Track Cycling on the Velodrome in Seattle. His training has included ample Single Leg, Power, and Track Specific Work on the bike and rollers. We’re excited to see him tear up the track this season. // // 📸 @fotofrazier

                        Fitness and Strength & Conditioning provides us with the opportunity to control our bodies. Through that pathway, we can teach the mind to control the chaos and uncontrollable variables of life. Our goal is to develop tougher humans who become better in every aspect, not just in the gym or in sport. In order to do that, we must first obliterate self imposed limitations.
