                  The Warm Up and Cool Down are both severely underrated and under utilized in many gyms. When someone is pressed for time, the first thing to get cut is the warm up and cool down. If you spend 10 minutes on each every time you train, thatโ€™s at least an extra hour of cardiovascular work in the context of preparing or recovering from a session in the gym.
