            @michaelsobol38 & @horsepowerandbarbells will be back at @gymjonessalvation for the Advanced Seminar, March 19-23rd. We hope to see many of you there, ready to learn and improve. We learn by teaching, we learn by doing. In training and in life, it’s important to devote yourself to a set of ideals and philosophies. As humans, we are mortal. We make mistakes, let each other down, and on a long enough timeline, we will eventually expire. That’s why it’s important to follow a philosophy and not place all your stock in one or a group of people. That’s what it’s all about, philosophy and legacy. At Gym Jones & Project Deliverance, we are building a legacy that will last far beyond ourselves: Building Better Humans. As we teach and hone our philosophy, we want to help fellow trainers and athletes push past their self imposed limitations and achieve something far beyond what they originally thought was possible.
