              This whole week was a turning point in the history of @gymjonessalvation. The Project has run in parallel with Gym Jones for 11 years. Change happens. Subsequent growth happens. Thatโ€™s what we saw this week. This was the first Advanced Seminar to see TEN different coaches instruct the group. It was diverse, fun, informative, and crushingly hard all at the same time. Everyone left as a better coach. This is the new standard we have set and now the goal is to keep raising that standard more and more. To the future! // // ๐Ÿ“ธ @flyaltenes
