Over the years, we’ve trained many individuals who travel due to their job. Some of which have been on the road four out of the seven days each week. As a result, we have several plans outlining workouts that may be done in hotels with minimal equipment. Not having access to equipment is no excuse to not train hard and continue to improve. These particular plans allow for one “gym” day per week when access to barbells and other equipment is possible. The other days of the week utilize “no gear” or minimal gear workouts.
