The Texas Method is a fine protocol for increasing strength in a short amount of time. At The Project, we have extensive experience using this method to increase an athlete’s strength, lean body mass, and rep maxes in a very short amount of time. This plan will be the first in a series of Texas Method cycles which we will release in the coming weeks.
