Product Description

This training plan is easily one of the most dense and intricate plans we offer. Complete with coaching cues embedded in the plan, this has everything you’ll need to gain some muscle mass and speed when you’ve got no access to the gym. The training itself runs six days per week with Sunday as the lone “off day” each week. The programming combines elements of college football, track, and our own special programming at The Project to stack on muscle and teach your body to use that newly gained mass.
