Over the past year, we have taken on many female clients who are looking to become more capable in the gym, lose weight, and “tone up”. One of particular interest was the two-a-day training that Sarah Owen undertook for the Miss Missouri Pageant in 2011. She threw herself into this protocol head-first because she simply wanted to win. Some days feature two workouts while only one session is prescribed for other days. After the training cycle was complete, she achieved her goals in the gym and did well in the competition.
