Over the past few months, we’ve spent a lot of time training individuals for the PST test. One of our blackshirts, Eric Schroeder, just attained all the PST standards for Navy Special Warfare with a 500m Swim in 10:03, 79 Push-Ups, 82 Sit-Ups, 13 Pull-Ups, and a 1.5 mile run in 11:36. We place all of our military athletes on this plan to raise their GPP and increase the specificity of the training directly toward the PST. This is the first 30 days of the plan and can be tailored to meet any schedule or equipment needs.
