We’ve written many Military Prep plans in the past ranging for preparation for Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, ETC. The common theme in terms of feedback is everyone is looking for more total work volume or more specialized training for a specific job. We will be addressing both of those needs starting with more total work volume in this High Level Foundation. Adding an extra block of 30-60 minutes of swimming or running each day is also an option due to the way the program is constructed. If that is the route you choose to take, do that extra block of work first thing in the morning, take the middle of the day for recovery, and hammer the gym training in the afternoon or evening. Recovery is important with this much work on your plate. Eat, Sleep, Hydrate, and take care of your body!
