This training plan is the third installment of the Functional Mass Gain Trilogy. The most important aspect of gaining muscle mass is the ability to Potentiate, Educate, and Use the mass that you’ve added to your body. This training plan includes plenty of work, inside and outside of the gym to teach you to be explosive and fast after all the volume found in the Functional Mass Gain 2.0 plan. In total, it is 24 training sessions spread out across four weeks. We spent hours upon hours mapping out, testing, evaluating and reevaluating this programming to make the absolute best plan available to the public for insane performance results.
