Our Functional Mass Gain plan has been a huge success with many athletes seeing great results from that cycle of training. We’ve gotten a lot of very positive feedback and questions about what’s next after that phase. Functional Mass Gain 2.0 is the answer. It builds on the first cycle, introduces a couple of two-a-day sessions, and adds in more speed training along with plenty of gym sessions to keep the muscle growth progressing steadily. Currently, our SUPER Mass Gain plan is on the drawing board and will be the phase following FMG 2.0. We will be releasing more information about the “super” plan in the coming weeks.
