Prepping athletes for competition in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA is at the core of what we do best at The Project, placing an athlete in the UFC and helping to prepare other Pro and Amateur fighters to win consistently. This package includes TWO training plans, four weeks each. The first plan focuses equally on all energy systems to prepare the body for hard rolling. The second block of training focuses on Work Capacity and the ability to outlast your opponent throughout the entire fight or match. If you can’t get to The Project to train, this is the next best thing.
