Project Deliverance has been a signal fire for @gymjonessalvation for over ten years, and I’ve been fortunate enough to have been trained by both @bobbymaximus & @wfmft over the years. That’s something I’ll always consider to be a blessing because it made me better in all aspects of life. In my personal experience, I’ve seen many people come and go from our operation in St. Louis. In order to be a man of integrity, it’s right to always remember someone at their best. Everyone played a part in the gym’s success or your personal success. What separates the genuine people from the cowards is the ability to keep your mouth closed when it needs to be closed and focus on the objective. It’s essential to your well being and success to be able to respect everyone as they walk their own path. // Our objective at Project Deliverance and Gym Jones is to build leaders and performers who carry themselves with integrity. If you need it defined, you don’t have it. The answer is inside of you already otherwise. We want warriors who are going to WORK. Warriors who are going to FIGHT for it ALL. It’s all we know. Nothing’s changed. It’s back to the lab, and it’s back to the basics: Elite Work Ethic, Elite Integrity, Elite Performance. -Matt Owen @horsepowerandbarbells // Repost @michaelsobol38 // There are all kinds of dark scary moments in life. Where you feel alone, confused and scared. I’ve learned to almost get excited when shitty things happen. It is these times where you become better. It wasn’t always that way. I’ve cowered I’ve blamed other people and most of all I’ve looked for reasons to take the easy road. That person isn’t alive anymore. Don’t wish for things to get easier. Get stronger. It’s up to you. Embrace the suck. Grow and @horsepowerandbarbells @captainslasher //
